Honda HR-V 2023 Exterior
Honda took a unique approach to the styling of the HR-V, with a rounded profile that tried to give it the look and feel of a coupe. Although it lacks the upright aspect of a classic SUV, its design is sleek and aerodynamic enough to give it a new look.
The Honda HR-V has the same look as the rest of the Honda lineup, with a large chrome bar extending across the sharp LED headlamps on the sides. Daytime running LEDs are included in the headlamps, and they create room for the big grille below the chrome bar in the center.
The Honda HR-sloping V’s bonnet blends beautifully with the rounded windshield, giving it a coupe-like stance that is unique in this category of compact crossovers. With its tooth-shaped huge wrap-around tail lamps and curved windscreen, the Honda HR-V manages to look visually immense and sharp at the back, with the roof-mounted spoiler contributing to its sporty appeal.

While the Honda HR-V manages to look visually appealing on the outside with a stunning and distinctive design, the crossover’s interior cabin feels very little old-fashioned by today’s standards. The Honda City’s three-spoke multi-functional steering and fully digital instrument dashboard are direct descendants of the Honda City, which feels ancient in comparison to today’s higher-riding cars.
With offset vertical AC vents and a 7-inch touchscreen entertainment system enclosed under a contrasting silvery center panel in the otherwise all-black interior cabin, the rest of the dashboard feels inclined towards the driver.
